CJIMA’s board-certified internists and medical practitioners believe in treating the entire body, not just a specific organ. That’s why we take an active role in our patients’ health and try to develop personalized treatment plans that allow us to closely monitor your progress, answer questions, and explain what you can expect during your treatments and recovery.

We are a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH), which offers remote at-home diagnostics to give patients access to our doctors even when they’re unable to visit our office. And, we are one of 500 facilities nationwide to participate in the Comprehensive Primary Care Initiative (CPCI), which aims to improve healthcare for the population at large.

CJIMA is also home to leading physician Thomas A. Schwartzer, MD, Ph.D, who has been named “Top Doctor in New Jersey” and included in the “Guide to America’s Top Physicians” for six consecutive years. While he specializes in chronic disease management, clinical nutrition, obesity, and comprehensive care, one thing is also true about all our healthcare professionals: We are there when you need us most.
