We are a Patient-Centered Medical Home…

Central Jersey Internal Medicine Associates is one of only 500 practices in New Jersey to participate in the Comprehensive Primary Care Initiative (CPCI) and also embark on the journey to becoming a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). The incentive of these programs is to lead a team-based approach led by your doctor to increase the quality, access and coordination of care at the patient level.
