What is the Patient Portal?
The patient portal allows a patient to communicate with our office online. Using the portal you can do the following:
- Update demographic information
- Enter your medical history
- View appointments
- Request appointments
- Request prescription refills
- View your billing statement
How does it work?
Our office will assign you a user name and a temporary password. If you do not have a user name and password please call our office and a staff member will provide one.
